For a lodging package you will need a minimum of 4. However, with a min. of 12 your own PRIVATE accommodations.
Likely, with less than 6 people you will be paired with another group. If you have 8+ you will have the option of hunting privately. It is always recommended to do as suggested.
Hunting licenses should be purchased after check in! We hunt Texas and Oklahoma, and scout daily! We don’t want you to spend any more money than necessary.
Check in is after 3pm the day before your hunt.
Departure is no later than 1pm after your last scheduled hunt.
Most people fly into DFW, but we also have a municipal airport here in Wichita Falls. You will NEED a rental car or other form of transportation. We do not offer a shuttle service to and from airports.
No, meals are not provided, but we will provide everything you could ever need to prep meals, and we are located 10 miles west of Wichita Falls (Pop. 110,000) and you can be at any chain restaurant you can think of very quickly.
Linens, cookware, full kitchen amenities, soap, shampoo, and towels. Just bring personal care items. (toothbrush, razor, shave cream, etc.)
The short answer is “no”. We seldom need waders to hunt the private land we have access to. However, it never hurts to bring them to keep from limiting us as we scout daily.
Yes. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve any date on our calendar. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.
